Salads are really good dinner options if you are trying to stay healthy with the type or classes of food you eat. Why are they good options?
They are light and therefore digest easily
They take little or no time to prepare
More options are available as we have different varieties of vegetables and fruits to choose from
They can fit perfectly into anyone's busy schedule
It helps you sleep better
Saves you the stress of trying to think of dinner recipe to eat
Note that you can mix-up any vegetable of your choice when making salads and still get it right. But first choose vegetable or fruits that you find very tasty and also, reduce the quantity of dressing you use to control your daily calories in-take for a healthy you.
